Thursday - November 19, 2026
Juarez
An immersive look at the binational region through the lens of industry, economic development, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Participants will engage with regional leaders, explore organizations contributing to Juárez’s growth, and gain insight into the opportunities created by our interconnected cross-border economy.
The day will conclude back in El Paso with a welcome reception including a leadership panel, bringing together regional perspectives and creating space for conversation around the opportunities, challenges, and future of our region.
Friday - November 20, 2026
El Paso and Socorro
A full day exploring the people, industries, and cultural assets shaping El Paso’s economy and identity.
The experience will highlight healthcare, workforce development, agriculture, regional heritage, and community leadership, with opportunities for meaningful conversations and relationship building throughout the day.
Saturday - November 21, 2026
Las Cruces and Mesilla Valley
The experience concludes in Las Cruces with a focus on regional leadership, economic development, agriculture, and the creative economy.
Participants will hear from community leaders and explore how Southern New Mexico contributes to the broader economic strength and identity of our region.
