What are the event dates and venues for 2025?
El Paso Everywhere is an immersive multi-day conference created for people from El Paso, Juárez, and Las Cruces who have moved away but want to reconnect with the region.
El Paso Everywhere 2025 will take place November 23rd – 25th, 2025, with events held across El Paso, Ciudad Juárez, and Las Cruces. This year’s event will highlight the remarkable progress the region has made over the past decade.
2. What is the itinerary for this event?

3. What is the cost and what does my registration include?
An El Paso Everywhere ticket is $150 per participant and includes:
Access to all El Paso Everywhere events
Opportunity to connect with an exclusive cohort of expats and other El Paso professionals accomplished in their respective fields
Behind-the-scenes look at how our region has developed over the last 10 years
Panels and presentations by regional leaders across multiple industries
Select meals and/or snacks
A one-year Progress321 Expat Connect Membership

5. What is the refund or cancellation policy?

6. What should I bring to the event?
Recommended items:
Government-issued ID and valid passport (if joining Juárez sessions)
Comfortable business attire
Business cards or LinkedIn QR
Notepad/device for taking notes
Water bottle and sun protection for outdoor site visits
7. What is the dress code?
An El Paso Everywhere ticket is $150 per participant and includes:

8. Are meals included?
Meals will be provided at select sessions and events.
Please note dietary restrictions during registration.
9. Is lodging included with registration?
Lodging is not included. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. We have secured special rates at two fantastic downtown hotels just for our expat guests.
10. Can I bring a guest or partner?
While individual registration is required for core programming, select events will be open to partners, friends and/or family members with advance registration. Details on which events are open to guests—and how to register them—will be shared closer to the event. For planning purposes, we recommend contacting elpasoeverywhere@gmail.com if you’re considering bringing someone with you.
11. Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes. Networking is central to the event, with opportunities throughout the programming — including mixers, panel Q&As, and curated tours. Your Progress321 Expat Connect membership also extends networking beyond the weekend.
12. Are accessibility accommodations available?
Yes. Attendees with mobility, sensory, or dietary needs are encouraged to email elpasoeverywhere@gmail.com ahead of time. Accessibility options for venues will be confirmed closer to the event.

14. Will I need a passport for the event?
Yes. If you plan to attend any portion of the programming in Ciudad Juárez, a valid passport is required. Passport details may be collected by, October 31st for security and coordination purposes.
